# Lunava

> Lunava is a nonprofit organization focused on women's mental health during perimenopause and menopause in Mexico and Latin America. We provide evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy and psychoeducational support for women navigating climacteric symptoms.

Lunava operates as a bilingual nonprofit (Spanish/English) offering accessible mental health interventions for women experiencing psychological symptoms of menopause — anxiety, irritability, insomnia, sadness, brain fog, and emotional exhaustion. Our work spans direct patient care, corporate wellness programs, public awareness, and evidence-based research.
